Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
esluts-bot (the “Bot”) is a Discord bot operated by Pixel Forge Hub (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the Bot handles, why, and what choices you have. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
2. Data we collect
The Bot only receives the data Discord makes available to it in servers where it is installed. Depending on which features a server uses, we store:
| Data | Used for |
|---|---|
| Server (guild) ID, and IDs of configured channels and roles | Per-server settings and features |
| User ID, and account creation date (derived from the ID) | Verification account-age check, records keyed to a member |
| Join time, whether the account uses a default avatar, verification attempts and result, risk score | Verification and anti-raid decisions |
| Moderation cases: target user ID, moderator ID, action type, reason, duration, timestamps | Warns, mutes, kicks, bans, jail history, and automatic expiry |
| List of a user’s role IDs at the time of jail | Restoring roles when released from jail |
| Voice room ID, owner ID, lock, limit, region, and name settings | Custom voice channels |
| Booster role ID, role name and color | Booster role features |
| Giveaway entries (user ID) and results | Giveaways and random winner selection |
| If a server turns on message logging: message content, author and channel IDs, timestamps, embeds, edit history, and copies of attached files | Showing staff what was edited or deleted, and moderation evidence |
| Copies of Discord audit log entries (who did what, and when) | Server audit and moderation logs |
| Technical logs (errors, command usage), without message content | Debugging and abuse prevention |
3. Data we do not collect
- We do not store message content in servers where an administrator has not turned on message logging. Without it, the Bot reads messages in memory only to detect links and discards them immediately. Where logging is on, see the tables in sections 2 and 7. Administrators can exclude channels from logging, and we do not archive attached files from age-restricted channels.
- We do not record voice audio.
- We do not collect real names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, government IDs or proof of age.
- We do not read your direct messages, except messages you send to the Bot itself, if any feature uses them.
- We do not use the Discord OAuth scope that adds users to servers, and the Bot never joins servers on your behalf.
4. Why we use data
We use data only to run the features described above, keep servers safe, prevent abuse and raids, fix bugs, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
5. Discord’s age systems
The Bot does not receive a member’s verified age or age group from Discord and does not attempt to determine your real age. Age-restricted channels are enforced by Discord itself. Any 18+ self-declaration a server asks for through the Bot is stored only as a yes/no result for that server.
6. Who can see your data
- Server staff can see moderation cases, warns, verification outcomes, logged messages, edit history and archived files for their own server, through Bot commands and the server’s log channels. Anyone who can view a log channel can see what is posted there, so administrators should restrict those channels.
- Other servers cannot see records from your server. Data is separated by server ID.
- Discord processes your data under its own Privacy Policy.
- Hosting providers that run the Bot’s servers and backups process data on our behalf.
- We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the safety of users and our service.
7. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Server settings | While the Bot is in the server; deleted within 30 days after it is removed |
| Moderation cases and warns | While the Bot is in the server, or until the server staff delete them; deleted within 30 days after removal |
| Verification records | Up to 90 days |
| Voice room records | Deleted when the room is deleted |
| Booster role records | Deleted when the role is removed |
| Giveaway entries | Up to 30 days after the giveaway ends |
| Logged messages, edit history and archived attachments | 30 days by default, or the period the server sets (up to 90 days); deleted automatically afterward |
| Copies of audit log entries | Up to 90 days |
| Error logs | Up to 30 days |
| Backups | Overwritten on a rolling basis, up to 30 days |
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete data we hold about your user ID, subject to the exceptions below. Email info@pixelforgehub.com from the account that owns the user ID, or with another way to prove it is you. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
We may keep moderation records that a server’s staff still need to enforce active punishments (for example, an unexpired ban), or that we must keep for legal reasons. Questions about whether a punishment was fair should be sent to that server’s staff.
Server administrators can remove the Bot at any time, which stops further collection for that server.
9. Security
We protect data with access controls, keeping the bot token and database credentials secret, restricted server access, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify affected server owners and authorities where the law requires it.
10. Children
The Bot is intended for people who are allowed to use Discord under Discord’s Terms (generally 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe such data was collected, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
The Bot and its database may be hosted in a country different from yours. By using the Bot you understand that your data may be processed there, with the safeguards required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in our support channel or on the Bot’s page where reasonable.
